Return Policy
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on almost every product we sell. To return an item, please email sales@grumpymancables.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We must receive the returned merchandise within 30 days of the original invoice date in order to process a refund.
Defective merchandise returned within 30 days of the original invoice date will be refunded to the original form of payment or replaced, at our discretion.
Opened, non-defective merchandise returned within 30 days is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned complete and in good condition.
If an order originally qualified for Free Economy Shipping and is returned for a refund for reasons other than our error, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred to ship the order will be deducted from the refund.
Packages returned to us because they were undeliverable or refused due to circumstances beyond our control—including, but not limited to, an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, customer moved, refused delivery, unclaimed package, or no mail receptacle—will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus deduction of the actual outbound shipping cost (including orders that originally qualified for Free Economy Shipping).
Damages, shortages, and defective merchandise must be reported within 7 days of receiving your package.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped the same day or the next business day. If there will be a delay, we will attempt to contact you by email to discuss the available options. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and the shipping option you select. Depending on the shipping service selected, estimated delivery dates may appear during checkout.
Free Economy Shipping
Qualifying orders of $99 or more are eligible for Free Economy Shipping. When available, this option will automatically appear during checkout at no charge.
Orders shipped using Free Economy Shipping will be sent by either USPS or UPS Ground, at our discretion, based on destination, package characteristics, and shipping costs.
Customers are not required to select Free Economy Shipping. Any available shipping method displayed during checkout may instead be selected at the published rate.
